Great job on that milestone! :) you’re on the right track and all so I’m glad you’re looking for alternative ways of exercising. You could do upper body things like pushups: on your knees so as not to bother the ankle. You can do ab exercises and if you do enough reps, you’ll break a swear and get your heart rate going. I will try to Post some workouts soon and hopefully they will help!

Almonds are great to have with you at all times. I will always be carrying fruits and raw almonds. You could drink lean shakes which can be consumed at room temperature. Chocolate is my favorite flavor of the ready-made ones. :) hope that helps.

I don’t really have a recipe, but I can give you an idea of the ingredients! It was brown rice cooked in chicken broth instead of water. I made it a little spicy with cayenne also! The chicken is baked and marinated in Dijon mustard, honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder. The amounts of each don’t matter too much. And the veggies are just baked with garlic salt and pepper :). Sorry this took so long. My messages were down for a while so it would quit everytime I tried to reply!
