You don’t always have to prepare your food on Sunday or Monday, as long as you stay on-track and get it done at some point. 👍 these are a few lunches and dinners- top sirloin with boiled/ sautéed asparagus (except no oil was used). 👌 Having the organized meals to grab when I’m on-the-go keeps me on track and healthy with my eating habits. Meal prepping is a good way to remember your goals. That little Tupperware container is filled with effort, which you don’t want to to waste by eating crap.😊 ❤️🍲❤️😊

Yeah usually when doing heavy activity. The heart has to work a lot harder when a person carries more weight. I also suffered from asthma which often made that worse.
