Okay so, straight answer- the only way you can lose ten pounds in 14 days at the healthy and lower weight you are already at is if you starve or cut your calories a lot. I don’t suggest that.
Keep your exercise going.
Make your diet stricter. Try pure vegetarian. No meat, no simple carbs either, and NO SUGAR. Sugar will hold you back. Try to go easy on fruit. Don’t eat too much of it, but still eat SOME.
Don’t eat rice, bread, pasta.
Only salads, with vinaigrette dressings, no cream dressings.
Do veggie stir fry as often as you can.
Eat lots of eggs for protein.
Eat nonfat cottage cheese for protein.
And you might lose 5 pounds love.
But at this point, stop looking at the scale.
You need to focus on what your body looks like. If you stay strict to what I said then you will have your flatter tummy by june 14.
But if your mind is not in it, then that’s something you need to work on, but you can do it!! :)
