BANANA/WALNUT PANCAKES

ONE SERVING of pancakes
2.5 tbs coconut flour
2 egg white, 1 yolk 
3tbs coconut milk(or other milk)
1/16 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

(Specific to this recipe)
ADD:
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon 
1/16 tsp nutmeg
1/8 cup chopped walnuts
1/8 cup finely chopped banana 

💥PREHEAT coconut-oil-rubbed pan on med-low heat. 
💥Use approx 2-3 tbs of mixture for each pancake. 
💥Cook pancakes on each side for at least 2-3 minutes, or until firm enough to be flipped.
