Cardio workout. The frog jumps were hardest for me. I felt silly doing them then realized I was home and shouldn’t give a damn anyways. Haha. Instead of the run at the end, I just jumped rope for 10 minutes, stopping every 3 minutes if I had to. My feet/legs were on fire.
